All sausage is done in 25 lb. batches (eg. 20 lb. of your meat + 5 lbs. pork = 25 lbs.) If we have to add more pork or beef to make a 25 lb. batch, you will be charged $3.00/lb. for the pork and $4.00/lb. for beef.
