The bulk of our business is wild game processing. As a matter of fact, we’re one of the biggest processors of wild game in the city of Calgary. And at Ryan’s Meat Processing, we never practice “batching” – all of our meat is kept separate to maintain its overall freshness and quality.

Pick-up service is available for custom cutting and slaughtering and walk-in orders are always welcomed!
We offer a BBQ spit for hogs at the cost of $100 for a rental with an additional $50 charge if we have to clean it afterwards. We will put the pig on the spit for you.
Because we have noticed more and more shoppers on Saturdays, we will accommodate you with new store hours:
Monday-Friday: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
